What is Kaneki's final form called? ›

Kaneki can be categorized into six distinct personalities, each with their own unique traits, style and outlook on the world. Kaneki's final transformation into the One-Eyed King symbolized a complex convergence of his other personalities, creating an existential version with a new outlook on life and people.

He became obsessed with torturing his victims in horrific ways. Kaneki became one of these victims when he was captured by Jason. They provide Kaneki with enough power to even overwhelm Shinohara's Arata Proto.

While it's possible to categorize him further, fans generally agree that the long-suffering Kaneki possesses six distinct personalities. From quiet and sweet to sadistic and deranged, it wouldn't be a stretch to consider these Kens completely different characters -- in fact, one of them is.

Dragon Form: After consuming the entire Oggai squad and the nucleus embedded in Furuta's body, Kaneki undergoes a large-scale transformation where his body expands into a ever growing mass of flesh, teeth and eyes that consumes everything in its path.

Haise Sasaki is an Alter Ego of Ken Kaneki. Ken Kaneki was completely broken down and brainwashed. The knowledge that Ken Kaneki, the person, is a ghoul, is not common knowledge in the CCG, only a selected few know about this. They also don't know that Sasaki is Kaneki, and he doesn't know himself.
